We expect that you already know a bit about internet surfing and common protocol of menus and selection areas. You can get most anywhere in our site by selecting any pertinent menu item. A complete listing of Show/Attraction/Lodging will be accessible based on your date selections as well as availability based on the number of people in your party. You can also read descriptions and reviews on most Show/Attraction/Lodging listings as well. We encourage you to visit vendor descriptions while making your vacation decisions. The descriptions can be helpful in knowing what to expect from your vacation experience.

·I haven’t received any documents yet.
If you opted to have a hard copy of your vouchers sent via “snail” mail, the vouchers take anywhere from five to seven days to arrive after the point of purchase.
·When will I receive my tickets?
The ticket Vouchers that are accessible via email at the end of your purchase and when there is sufficient time for payment processing. (Usually 24 hrs)
·All vendors that sell on BransonVacation.com will receive a confirmation of your purchase . In most cases, they will immediately assign your order. Upon arrival, the vouchers will be exchanged for tickets at the box office of your selected Hotel/Show/Attraction.
·When I arrive, what do I need to get my tickets?
The vouchers and itinerary packet that was sent via mail, or will be picked up at our welcome center, has control number assigned to them (example: BV00098765) these vouchers and itinerary are sufficient documents for presentation at each of your purchased theaters, attractions and hotels. YOU MUST PRESENT YOUR VOUCHER AT EACH SHOW, ATTRACTION AND HOTEL. Make a note of any specific instructions from the Vendors.
·What will a hotel need for me to check-in?
Again, the vouchers and itinerary packet at your point of purchase has control numbers assigned to them (example: BV00098765) these vouchers and itinerary are sufficient documents for presentation at each of your purchased Show/Attraction/Lodging. YOU MUST PRESENT YOUR VOUCHER AT EACH SHOW, ATTRACTION AND LODGING establishment.
·What if I forget to bring my vouchers?
You can call our business offices upon arrival to Branson, Mo. At that time we will assist you in confirming and helping with your order.
·How is seating done?
At the time you place your order, our vendors receive a confirmation of your purchase. At that time your seats are guaranteed to be the best at the time of booking. Upon arrival, you will exchange the printed vouchers to the “will call” window of the box-office where your actual tickets will be waiting for you. At your Lodging establishment, simply present your associated voucher to the, “on duty”, front desk clerk. Also, if you have any special needs such as; wheelchair accessibility needs, sight or hearing impaired needs, list those special needs at point of purchase.
·What Credit Card(s) do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
·When am I charged?
As soon as you process your order, your tickets and/or room is guaranteed. Your credit card will be processed immediately upon purchase.
·Do I have to pay sales tax?
State sales tax will be added to your order once you add items to your package. Because you are purchasing tickets and/or rooms in this state to be consumed in this state, it is necessary for us to collect state sales tax no matter where you live.
·I need a copy of my receipt/invoice. What is the process?
Receipts are made available at point of purchase by clicking the “print me a copy” option. If you for forgot to print your receipt at point of purchase, simply log back in, select your order and select that option. You will also receive a confirmation on your credit card monthly statement.
·What kind of processing fees are there?
BransonVacation.com is a service organization that, in association with its’ vendors, charges an amount to cover operational costs. In most cases, the vendors have absorbed this fee by reducing the Show/Attraction/Lodging costs.
·Do you charge a Voucher Fee?
NO. We do not charge a voucher fee. However, if you need for us to assist in an additional or repeated printing and delivery, we ask that you cover those incurrences.
·How do I cancel or change my order?
Depending on the policies of the vendor that you have chosen in your vacation package, cancellation charges vary. We understand that there are many variables that can arise to cause changes and cancellation of vacation plans. Because of these changes, we offer a cancellation/changes option that you can choose to apply to your account at point of purchase. This insures that most of your incurrence will be returned to you should a cancellation become necessary.
·Why purchase a Cancellation/Change Option?
There are many reasons to consider a cancellation/change option as part of your order.
Depending on the policies of the vendors that you have chosen in your vacation package, cancellation penalties would vary.

·What happens if an event is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that a theater show or attraction is cancelled, the procedure is that we
1st) verify the cancellation with the theatre or attraction and
2nd) a full refund will become available to you through the site; then,
3rd) assistance is available to replace or reschedule another attraction or show.
Note: Some shows or attractions may advise you that your vouchers will be valid on a future date without the need for refund. This is acceptable if it fits your itinerary. However, before trying to switch dates with other theatres or shows, please call our customer care offices so we can assist in these changes.
